I founded this company in November 2009 after having watched too many small businesses get taken advantage of by IT consultants. Repeatedly, I said "I can do that faster," "I can do that cheaper," and "I can do that better." And now I do.
No longer will you have to worry you're being over-billed for services or products; each and every task performed is itemized, and each and every product purchased at retail will come with a receipt. No magic wands, no trap doors, the idea here is full disclosure, honesty, and a smile.
Currently, the business is a one-man show, and it is only a part-time gig that I'm not doing to retire early, but instead because I enjoy it. For that reason, non-emergency work will be performed during off-hours, which is more or less the norm for IT work [to minimize lost productivity], anyway.
